Political scenario in the Lok Sabha polls is totally confusing. Now people say either Narendra Modi will get either 160 seats or 260 seats-no in between. One group says BJP is either 201 or 302.Means conflicting reports.

Will Nitish Kumar leave NDA ?

Political observers believe that in the event of Modi not coming to power, Nitish Kumar may leave NDA to join anti-Congress and Anti-BJP front. One can wait and watch. In fact, he is not feeling comfortable in the NDA.

Two batch mates in the IAS are now trying their luck in politics in Punjab. Both former 1981 batch IAS officers are now contesting Lok Sabha polls from Fatehgarh Sahib. Incidentally Cong candidate is Dr Amar Singh, who served as Principal Secretary to the then Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and SAD-BJP candidate is Darbara Singh Guru, retired Principal Secretary to former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal
