If experts are to be believed, because of a strong high command this time BJP CM in Karnataka may not get much freedom as enjoyed in the last govt.

It sounds strange but it is a fact that Home Minister Amit Shah had one minute telephonic conversation with West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee. And it was concerning about the appointment of new Governor of West Bengal.

Major cut in security cover ordered ?

After review,  MHA has reportedly ordered heavy cut in security cover to VIP Protectees. Three VIPs- Satish chandra Mishra,  MP,  Lalu Prasad Yadav ex-mp, Rajiv Pratap Rudy,  MP, Suresh Rana,  Minister in UP,  A Pandey,  VC, Manipur University,  Avtar Singh Bhadana,  MLA,  UP, Dinesh Sharma,  Dy CM,  UP, Jitendra Swami, Son of late ex-MP of Bihar,  Rana Gurmeet Singh Sodhi, MLA,  Punjab,  Sabir Ali,  ex- MP,  Bihar,  Umesh kumar,  Journlist,  Aveek Sarkar,  Journalist,  Kolkata, Udai Singh ,  ex-MP,  Bihar,  Veena Devi,  MP,  Bihar have been removed from Central Security list. Categories of about half a dozen VIPs has also been downgraded.

Media fraternity happy with Rajnath Singh for Ministry access

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has kept his Ministry doors open for the journalists visiting the South Block. The media fraternity is very happy.

My friend who lives in the US is here on his annual trip... we meet at my favourite Cafe...

Me: What's wrong with Trump!!
Friend: In US we Indians say...jo Trump  bolta hai woh Trump bhi nahi jaantha ya samajhtha hai...yes I too am flummoxed .... he told 'Im the Dim' that Modi asked him to Mediate in the Kashmir issue..well if Modi had said this it'd have made big News then itself .... White House would have gone to Town with news about this request..Trump is using reverse psychology..
M: Reverse psychology???
F: He's just made this shosha or gupp hoping Modi will ask him ... why! And he'll say.. was just pulling 'Im the Dim's' leg.... but on second thoughts don't you feel.... it's not a bad idea... 
M: I think he's itching for the Nobel Prize...Modi will maintain a dignified silence.. though in tit for tat Modi could say... Trump requested him to mediate in US Iraq standoff... but Modi's too mature for this...
F: US State Department  has already clarified... the matter is a bilateral issue  between India and Pakistan... where Modi is measured in his conversation with Foreign Leaders and keeps an eye on the Brief.... Trump is a loose cannon...in fact  post such meetings the usual lament in the State Department is ...'Now what did he say'!
M: Chandrayaan launched...Modi congratulated ISRO and Indians.... Congress credited Nehru...
F: That's  how Cutlery is supposed to behave..actually in their servility they forgot good old MMS had cleared this Mission in 2008... but they can't credit MMS...
M: Good in a way..because if they had MMS would have fainted... and then spent the next month crediting The Family.. hear Modi's going to give Employment and Water special attention...
F: Very good...just returned from my Village.... go there whenever I come to India....water situation is scary...
M: On Jobs... Small Scale and Medium Scale Manufacturing need a jump start... substantial rise in demand is the jump start and what'll keep 'the engine' running...
F: The solution is not like the West....forcing citizens to stop saving and start spending... by dropping  Interest Rates and passing FRDI...
M: Yes .... and please we shouldn't ape the Chinese Model .. some experts say China's phenomenal rise is a bubble... some say  China's dramatic rise simply is destiny. It is returning to it's  historical position: China had been one of the richest Nation's and greatest civilization's ...(alongside India) from at least 200 B.C. to 1800, the dawn of the Industrial Revolution in England...
F: So could be it's in our Destiny to rise phenomenally too.. but we have to be in the right place at the right time... 
M: Either way the real Make in India will be Policies Tailor made for India's phenomenal rise!!
F: Modi hai toh mumkin hai... because if and when Pseudo Secular lot take over we'll be back to .... reverse gear!!

RETIREMENT AGE

There are rumours that the Government of India is all set to increase the age of retirement from the present 60 years to 62 years. While many say that it is a good idea, others are of the view that it will not be good for the jobless youth ? What do you think ? Is raising the retirement age a good idea ?
