RSS was clear on its key agendas since 2014

From the day Narendra Modi was sworn in as the PM in 2014, the RSS was clear in its agenda that two commitments made to the people have to be fulfilled at any cost – Scrapping of Article 370 and 35 A and building of the Ram temple at Ayodhya.

Amit Shah was the person RSS was looking for ?

The induction of Amit Shah as Union Home Minister by the RSS was a masterstroke. A tough-talking man known for his no-nonsense approach was just the person the RSS was looking for.

Administrative plan is being worked out

According to sources, govt is working out the modalities of the administrative plan for the newly created UTs - J&K and Laddakh. Once the plane is ready postings of IAS and IPS officers will take place.

Why did Chidambaram praise  PM ?

Congress leader P. Chidambaram has welcomed 3 announcements of PM's I-Day speech - about small family, respect wealth creator and shunning single - use plastic.

Friend: Maybe RaGa when he was still caretaker President issued Sonia an exemption  letter...and Sonia now as Interim President  gave RaGa same Letter of Exemption with name... date...signature... duly changed!!

F: Seems they simply can't  bear Modi making promises to the Nation .... because they  know he'll fulfill his promises... the former worries them and latter scares them!!

M: China wants Kashmir discussed in UNSC...

F: However, France responded to the request by proposing that the Council discuss the issue in a less formal manner - known as 'any other business' - next week. It will be up to Poland, President  of the Council for August, to mediate an agreed time and format among the 15 members....

M: China sure is one big hypocrite... see what they do to Uyghur Muslims..in fact Islam .. it's beliefs and practices discouraged in China..but will UNSC vote on Kashmir..

F: No... I think most of the 15 Countries would prefer a 'less than formal discussion'!!

M: 'Im The Dim' says if World does not mediate  he feels this will give rise to Jehadis...

F: Well here our Army has made it clear to all... take care .... ensure your kids  do not take the path of Terror... because if you don't and they do take the terror path... we will surely take care of them once and for all!

M: Court is being Petitioned on certain curbs on Communication in Kashmir...

F: Well AG will surely elucidate on why this is necessary... enough examples of attempts to misinform to give India a black name and to cause strife...

M: Yes at present Kashmiris are cocooned from this onslaught..I think Judiciary should realize...the on ground situation warrants certain curbs...

F: Like.. Father knows the neighbourhood and enforces evening curfew and refuses to give son the Phone when anyone calls for him during curfew  hours...Mother and Son approach Court and Judge strikes down Father's diktat... in 3 months the boy becomes a drug addict and in 5 months dies of drug overdose..

M: Yup... the Learned Judge concerned himself with the Boy's Rights... but did not bother about the circumstances which had forced the Father to enforce a Curfew..

F: London  Mayor Sadiq Khan .... either did

not realize gravity of situation or he tacitly allowed this Protest outside Indian Embassy... hardly any Cops to stop rioters from entering the Indian Embassy Compound....

M: UK will be one of the first so said Civilized Society's to change  ..... not far when Azaan will be heard from Buckingham Palace ....

F: Will Monarchy survive....

M: Only if they accept Sadiq Khan as their friend.... Philosopher and Guide....Elha 'Elizabeth' retires...and either Chanan 'Charles' Khan  or one of his sons.... Hamzah 'Henry' Khan or Waqar 'William' Khan  take over Monarchy...House of Waahid 'Windsor'..

F: You think it'll happen in Queen's lifetime!!

M: Like they joke in UK... we knew Queen had longevity...but we didn't know she'd outlive the Country....

We have a good laugh and I see my friend off at the door..

Is India inching towards Presidential form of Government ?  Whispersinthecorridors had this indication from top bureaucratic circles that there is an apprehension of Presidential form of Government in the country and asked its surfers that will it be viable ?

RETIREMENT AGE

There are rumours that the Government of India is all set to increase the age of retirement from the present 60 years to 62 years. While many say that it is a good idea, others are of the view that it will not be good for the jobless youth ? What do you think ? Is raising the retirement age a good idea ?
