Rs 70,000 cr recapitalization for PSBs this time has a hidden message ?

Another round of Rs 70,000 crore recapitalization by the Central Government for public sector banks this time probably has a warning message—If banks don’t perform now, they might be disinvested like the sick PSUs with Government reducing its stake in the banks.

INX-Media : CBI likely to charge 5 ex- officials

In INX-Media cases CBI is likely to file charge sheets against five former officials, including two retired and one serving IAS officers. According to sources  among them one is UT cadre,one is Karnataka cadre and from HP cadre besides one then  and an ex-Under Secretary .Sources said P Chidambaram could be named number one accused in the Charge Sheet .

F: Government got excess from RBI's Contigency Fund...and RaGa and his Sister  saying 'Government stole from RBI 1.76 lakh crores'......Under RBI Act,1934, Central Bank is required to pay Government a surplus after making provision for bad and doubtful debts, depreciation in assets, contribution to Staff and superannuation fund , among others...Bimal Jalan Committee recommended the Contigency Fund be maintained between 5.5 and 6.5% of RBI's b/s instead of 6.8%... Thank God new India voted sensibly...
