Government bans E Cigarettes ...studies show Hookahs and E Cigarettes driving hordes of youngsters to Tobacco addiction.  Health Ministry too must have raised an alarm .....the most effective way .....ban the Import and Sale of these Cigarettes! China is the loser. Viewing the level of Tobacco addiction in India.. the investments and jobs.. the dependency of Farmer for his Tobacco crop..it isn't possible to enforce a blanket ban on Tobacco....Governments method is sane... Tax... Restrict... Educate... Scare... and ban any inducers... Electronic Cigarettes and Hookahs are big time inducers!! E Cigarettes are Novèl and trap Younger lot easily...
