There is also a possibility of  the present Governor Satya Pal Malik going to continue  as  Lieutenant Governor of both the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh as he has done good job in tackling situation in the State .

Is name of a Director, AIIMS recommended for Padma Award ?

Name of a Director of AIIMS has reportedly been recommended for the Padma Award - 2020. Some senior politicians have also reportedly recommended his candidature. Now the big question is will the present govt accept any recommendation for Padma awards ?.

His shameless chamchagiri of Sonia at an AICC meet made him a laughing stock... especially after TV Channels beamed what he said about her when he was in BJP....Amrinder ...Sidhu's Dushman No.1...  under orders from High Command... wants PU to change Urdu from a Foreign Language to a Punjab dialect!! The Urdu speakers went to Pakistan in 1947.. the Indians who came to India from Pakistan spoke Urdu but did not pass it on to the next generation... but should we consider a language spoken by those who butchered Indians  in 1947 as a local dialect???  Amrinder has a huge Book Collection in his Library... how many of these books are in Urdu!! Unless Ms. Arusa has added her colection of Urdu books to Amrinder's Library!! But all said and done Amrinder is not doing badly...wonder....wouldn't he do wonders if he joined BJP....only would he able to keep up with Modi's 24x7 'eye on the ball ' mindset... maybe this is stopping him from taking the plunge!!
