One day if Saudi Arabia faces a population issue... 100% the Clerics there will find something in the Koran that supports Birth Control and smaller families!! Clerics are like Lawyers who can  argue a case from both sides.... quoting the same law!! Muslims in China have obeyed the 1 child policy and haven't made it into an issue!

Though viewing the 'miracle possibility' of Congress coming to power  ... he must have weighed it...in fact every Big Businessman planning a new Venture or expansion.... worries about this eventuality.....Family's interests.... Congis personal interests.....Congress's vote bank interests....only matter.....
