Is Congress high command confused or...?
Congress party's two lawyers - Kapil Sibbal and Salman Khursheed- say that states can't oppose CAA since it is passed by the Parliament. Now the question is why Congress leaders- Sonia, Rahul, Priyanka and CMs of Congress ruled states are opposing the CAA for the last one month ? Is it a political gimmick of the party or to confuse the people on the issue ?
