While the AAP is upbeat, Amit Shah and Manoj Tiwari are equally confident of their victory in Delhi Elections. Will the result be completely different on Feb 11 ? It seems because till 3.00 p m polling pc was around 31% and exit polls opinion was based on this percentage.
