China and Corona virus

Corona virus, it is said, is creation of China –reason China is going to buy high tech US Company shares at a cheap price. It means this world crisis is –China versus US.

Population Control Bill in this session ?

It seems like the Population Control Bill is all set to be introduced in the both houses in this session. It is a private member's bill so needs President's approval first which it was learnt, he has consented. 

Are equipments not working properly ?

Many ministries and Parliament has started screening of entrants. It is said that some equipment are showing temperature between 85-90 F, which is far - far below the normal.

DEBATE- Is unified service in CPOs viable ?

Will unified service in CPOs be viable ? After Railway’s, there is a loud thinking to create a unified service for cadre officers of CPOs. Grapevine has it that the proposed name could be either Indian Central Armed Police Service (ICAPS) or Indian Armed Police Service(IAPS) and if all goes well, it may be introduced from 2021. How far it will be viable ?
