Till now only Late Indira Gandhi was known as Garibon ka messiah but now Narendra Modi has also emerged as anothersuch leader, rather bigger than her.

PMO and BJP unhappy with CIC

If insiders are to be believed, the PMO and the BJP is quite unhappy with the Central Information Commission (CIC). It is said that certain observations about the PMO and the BJP by the CIC  have caused them embarrassment.

Meeting between the CM and the future CM !

A meeting between Odisha CM Navin Patnaik and  Petroleum Minister Pradhan has generated interest in the political circles. People say this was  a meeting between the present CM and the future CM.

I'm at a famous Book Shop located in the Lobby of a Mumbai Five Star Property ....browsing. Know the Owner for years and he comes up to me and we get chatting..

Friend: Good news.. hear a disgruntled Congi is penning a 'tell all' book and it's Preface and Epilogue penned by Beta- Noire of Gandhi Family who is from BJP..

Me: Then I'm sure in nervousness Sonia's eyes must be twitching dime a dozen..

F: If you were to write the Epilogue as a disgruntled but know all Congi what would you write..

M: 'As Mother and Son walked away they turned around to say their bye one last time ... they saw Congis waving and it lifted their spirits as they felt via the waving they were saying.... come back...if only they saw it in slow motion... they were saying go . .go...'

F: Ha ha ha... you really don't like them!!!

M: I don't like what they've done to the Nation ...and their totally hypocritical statements nowadays ....they do shameless appeasement in the name of secularism ...despite all that's available in the Public Domain they talk about honesty and corruption...

F: This Sharadh Yadav fellow seems to be showing his Political standing...

M: What standing he lost his Political roots and had to enter Parliament via Rajya Sabha ...if he had political standing he would have opted for direct election ....fact is if he had political roots he would have held a rally in Bihar and not Delhi ....he claims he's a tall Bihar Leader .... I now call him Shraadh Yadav..

F: I think in Delhi all the special invitees on the stage pooled in 'rally attendance'....

M: I'm sure many Overseas Businessmen staying in the Hotel must be visiting your Bookshop ...you being the chatty kind...must be getting a lot of feedback about India ..

F: They find India a changed place .. ....business environment... confidence ... really impress them.....he said India looking 'crisper'!!

M: Anything about corruption!

F: An American from Dallas...I think his response says it all...."in the past in our price we incorporated a certain percentage for all round greasing ...right from Party to Minister to Top Level and Working Level.. . this time we were forewarned and we did not butter up our price ...if we get the order India would straightaway save 10%.... it's a New India"!!

Will Modi’s dream of eliminating corruption come true ?

Terming corruption as one of the greatest challenge, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for special initiatives to end the menace in the next five years with the pledge of  'Karenge Aur Kar Ke Rahenge' (We will do and surely do). He said the menace of corruption has adversely impacted the development journey of the country and has eaten the polity from the inside but will he be able to accomplish the task ? Can corruption be eliminated in India ?
