BJP will gain seven more seats from UP and Uttarakhand in November, 2020 and Congress may lose two seats from UP and Uttarakhand. So by November 2020, BJP will have 92 MPs & NDA 123 (full majority) and Congress will be at a historic low of 38 seats in the Rajya Sabha. The tally of seats so far for Rajya Sabha election is as follows-
