Former 1981 batch IAS officer Dr. Amar Singh, who is presently Lok Sabha Member from Punjab, knows the farm sector inside out. Dr. Singh who had been Chairman of the FCI has termed the bills as ‘Destructive’ and accused the Modi Government of bringing the bills under pressure from the World Trade Organisation (WTO).

nsiders say that newly appointed Sah-Sangathan Mantri in Madhya Pradesh Hitanand is going to succeed Suhas Bhagat in December as Sangathan Mantri MP BJP. At the moment Hitanand will be based in Jabalpur to look after Mahakaushal. Earlier three names viz. Parag Abhyankar,Abhay Mahajan and Raj Kumar Matale were in circulation as successor of Suhas Bhagat.

Given the highly transformed present global situation, specially post-Covind days China’s attitude towards the World, what do you think will be in the interest of India – victory of The Republicans or The Democrats in the ensuing US elections. US has nearly 4,402,363, Indian American voters who have always had a soft corner for the Democrats but that was before China being such an eyesore.
