In 2014 when the Chairperson of TRAI was appointed, Ravi Shankar Prasad was the Communication Minister. In 2020 when the new Chairman of TRAI, P D Vagela has been appointed, he is again holding the portfolio of the Communication Ministry.
Most honest and most corrupt are useless ?
