Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to rejig the portfolios of several of his ministers and induct new faces after the Bihar elections. Leaders from several election bound key states like West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are expected to be accommodated in the expansion.

Will Chirag be able to lead his father’s legacy in Bihar?

Will Lok Janashakti Party (LJP) peter out soon after the demise of its founder Ram Vilas Paswan in Bihar ?  It is doubted whether his son Chirag Paswan would lead father's legacy and step into his big shoes as he never turns up as Dalit leader. His father was so popular that he had made world record for winning parliamentary election by highest margin and emerged as a voice of Dalit community.

The fans of legendary singer late S P Balasubramaniam from southern part India have launched a campaign for ‘Bharat Ratna’ to be awarded to the singer posthumously. Will this campaign become a political agenda for regional parties in Southern India?

In the Modi led NDA government, four bureaucrat turned politicians are Ministers. While Dr. S Jaishankar and Hardip Singh Puri – both Rajya Sabha MPs - are retired IFS officers, R K Singh and Arjun Meghwal – both retired IAS officers are Lok Sabha MPs. Now the question that arises is  - who among them – former IFS officers or ex- IAS officers are more result oriented ?

With the US elections drawing to a close, confusion prevails whether Democrats will suit India or Republicans. Given the present warmth in relation between the present heads of both nations – US and India – as never before, opinion is highly divided as to whose victory will be more beneficial for India in the days to come.

And  most of them were of the view that it was immaterial that who comes to power in US because in recent years both Republican Presidents like George W. Bush and Democratic ones like Barack Obama have been positive towards India.
