No winter session of Parliament –only budget session ?
If top sources are to be believed, winter session of Parliament is unlikely in view of the Covid. Since budget is to be presented on Feb 1, 2021, the winter and budget session combined may start from Jan 28.
Out of 1200 delegates, 1000 to prefer Rahul Gandhi as President ?
