Who will be new Chief Secretary of Bihar ?

Under the changed circumstances, it is widely believed that the new Chief Secretary would of the choice of IAS turned JDU President R C P Singh. Means neither Nitish Kumar nor the BJP will have any say in the appointment of new Chief Secretary next month.

DA hike to Central staff on hold due to pandemic could be restored

The Dearness Allowance (DA) to the over 48 lakh  Central Government government employees and over 65 lakh pensioners could be hiked by 4 per cent to 21 per cent from present 17 per cent in accordance with the recommendation of the Seventh Pay Commission. The hike was put on hold last year due to the Covid-19 situation but may be restored this month. Besides, the Centre is also expected to extend Disability Compensation for all serving staff.

Nobody knows when agitation will be called off

In the power galleries, everybody wants to know when the farmers' agitation will be called off ? And the typical point is that no one has the answer. Farmers are agitating for the last 50 days at Delhi border.
