Reshuffle cum expansion of the Modi Cabinet is further delayed. Reason is said to be  not clear whether  changes should involve merely long overdue or be a more  inclusions.

Why Hussain has been sent to Bihar ?

Senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Shahnawaz Hussain will be the party candidate in Council polls in Bihar. Sources said he has been sent for a specific reason. He may be BJP claimant for the CM post in 2022. And being a Muslim candidate he will not face any political opposition. And his elevation is bound to affect the RJD 's M-Y combination.
