Are the CBI raids on former environment Minister Jayanti Natrajan  aimed  at two Congress stalwarts Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi ?.The NDA Government  feels that the former Minister will  come out with  the reality that  environmental clearances  were given  on certain recommendations and she  has no role in the decisions.
