Congress made 'Nirbhar Bharat’, Modi 'Atmanirbhar’

BJP president Jagat Prakash Nadda accused that the Congress made 'Nirbhar Bharat' while Narendra Modi led BJP made  'Atmanirbhar Bharat'. And that is the main difference between the two. He said this during his Lucknow tour.
