India defends its territory tooth and nail.....one intriguing fact is how does RaGa get info about what's going on in a inhospitable 

place where only 2 Armies face each other!! Could it be in spirit of furthering China and Rajiv Gandhi Foundation friendship , Chinese are donating  in Kind....info  ......... they've already donated cash! And in its propaganda frame of mind China feeding info that it dreams should happen and not what is happening!! I'm sure the way Modi has reacted to the attempted Takeaway the Chinese want Congress back at the helm in India..... so that their Takeway continues.....and RaGa hates Modi  ....Dushman ka Dushman dost!!!

During the Budget Discussion he got up and started speaking on the Farm Laws.......when Speaker asked him to talk on the Budget.... RaGa said he was laying the Foundation and would speak on Budget shortly !! But then opted to Scoot!!! It's time they did something about his Scooting.....how about RS  Marshals on OSD.....On Stopping Duty....... to block his scooting!!
