Who will campaign for Congress ?

This time Congress is likely to bank upon the state’ leaders to sail the party in the election bound states. Except Rahul Gandhi, the party has no national leader whereas the BJP has battery of leaders. It is said that due to health issue, Sonia Gandhi is also unlikely to go for extensive campaign.

A former Haryana IAS officer, S K Goyal has campaigned in villages against three farm laws while joining hands with the farmers.

Parliament session likely to be curtailed

According to information, the current session of parliament-Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha is likely to be cut short due to assembly elections in five states. If sources are to be believed, the session could be off by March 20. 

Govt saves Rs 37, 530 crore with freezing of three DA installments

The government has saved Rs 37,530.08 crore with the freezing of three DA installments of January 2020, July 2020 and January 2021 of the Central Government employees.

DEBATE : “BABU WORD”

The term ‘babu’ that reeks of the colonial era has been stuck with civil servants and other government officials ever since.

On February 10, PM Narendra Modi has in his Parliament speech, blasted the ‘babu’ culture in the country saying “Sab kuch babu hi karenge”. Earlier in 2016, the IAS Association has condemned the use of the word ‘babu’ and called it ‘abusive’.

Now the question that arises is - Is the use of the word ‘babu’ correct ?
