Resentment brewing in Rajasthan Congress once again ?

Almost a year after the rebellion by Congress’s Sachin Pilot and his 19 loyal MLAs who questioned Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot’s “arbitrary style of working", resentment is brewing once again. Last time, the party’s central leadership bought peace by promising a cabinet reshuffle to accommodate a few of his loyalists but that is yet to take place. “The CM is making appointments for his people while we are left out”, say Pilot loyalists. The first sign that all’s not well within the party is the resignation of Congress MLA and Pilot’s close aide Hemaram Choudhary last week.
