Is IRS or IAS or IPS successful in politics ?

In IIC in a get-together, discussion was about the IAS and IPS officers who joined active politics but barring Ajit Jogi, an IAS officer, no one could get the top position. And one IRS officer Arvind Kejriwal emerged as a powerful national leader. Does this mean IRS officers have better political brain than the IAS and IPS?

UP bureaucracy and PMO ?

In private gatherings of IAS and IPS officers in UP, in lighter vein talks have already started about the next PMO. Who will be Ajit Doval ? Who will be P K Mishra ? Who will be Nripendra Mishra and who will be Rajiv Gauba etc ? Names have already  started floating with smiles.
