This is the difference between UPA and NDA Government ?

In UPA Government, PA’s of Ministers were appointed on the recommendation of the concerned Minister but in NDA Government no Minister  can have a PA of his choice. Now all the PAs are  appointed  by the PMO.

Assam and Mizoram problem and CS Mizoram !

Assam and Mizoram tension  is hitting the headlines these days. Incidentally Chief Secretary of  Mizoram Lalnunmawia Chuaungo is from Gujarat cadre and had been trusted man of Narendra Modi when he was the CM of Gujarat. In 2019 he was sent on inter-cadre deputation to Mizoram.
