There was a discussion at a gathering as to who is the real leader these days ? Conclusion was "One who can win election and voted to power his party ".
Of late Gadkari spends much of his time in Nagpur
It seems Nitin Gadkari is not happy with changes in the Cabinet reshuffle and trying to spend much of his time in his constituency Nagpur and trying to convey that the party workers of his constituency were angry with Delhi.
