1. Rise of Taliban and Muslim hard liners in Afghanistan in Pakistan and the impact of irrational statements of Samajwadi leaders calling them as freedom fighters has a major impact .

2. Yogi has sent all mafias to jail and attached all their assets - Mukhtar Ansari , Atiq Ahmed , etc. People know if yogi doesn’t comes back to power  these mafias will re-emerge .

3. Corruption free CM house - Mayawati regime and Akhilesh regime saw corruption in Smarak scam , river front scam , recruitment scam , food grain scam , sugar mill scam etc and people have not forgotten how everything was saleable in those regimes .

4. RSS and BJP cadre is very strong in UP and RSS sees Yogi as future National leader who will run parallel to Rahul Gandhi as they are of same age approximately. So RSS will put all its might behind yogi and today RSS has grown phenomenally. It's might is unparalleled compared to SP n BSP who are banking on caste combinations to win seats .

5. To come back to power in 2024 UP is most important for Modi -Shah - they will also put all their resources to ensure smooth sailing for BJP.

6.  On every front, be it payment of sugar cane farmers , making new roads and expressways , giving money to women under different schemes , raising MSP or record purchase of food grains, the Yogi Government has done much better than all previous regimes and people realize it.

7. Asaduddin Owaisi factor will divide Muslim votes between the SP, Congress, BSP and the AIMIM.

8. Welfare schemes like free ration etc. of the Modi Government and Yogi Government.

9. In rural areas, still Modi and Yogi are praised.

Will union MoS resign? 

If the govt accepts the agitating farmers demand then Ajay Mishra, Union MOS home may submit his resignation. Agitators are demanding the arrest of his son, sacking of the minister, Govt job one family member of deceased farmers and hefty ex-gratia payments to the kin of killed farmers. Many senior officers are camping in Lakhimpur Kheri and talks are going on.
