If sources are to be believed, China is now eying Uttarakhand. It is said that they are engaging India and world powers attention towards Arunachal and Ladakh but they are getting themselves ready to target the Uttarakhand.

UP has the best model of Admn

The Centre has said that the UP today has perhaps the best model of administration in the country. DoPT minister Dr Jitendra Singh on Thursday said in Lucknow that the GoI will  start district-level Good Governance Index in Uttar Pradesh for better competition among district administration.
