Election Commission is likely to announce poll schedule of Gujarat Assembly after October 25. Gujarat elections are due in December.

I am back in Shimla ....much colder than last time. I meet my Respected Friend .... Retired Senior Bureaucrat.. at a Samosa Jalebi Eatery ...and over both these ....washed down with Masala Tea.... we get chatting.

Me: First the anti Modi lot lied that the Patel Statue was being imported from China.. then they piped down after news that L&T had got the contract ..now the new issue is Ram Statue in UP is going to cost 200 crores whereas the Patel Statue is going to cost 3000 crores.

Respected Friend:  The Devil is in the Specs..The Unity Statue or Patel Statue or Memorial....Bridge connecting the Memorial to the main land, Memorial, Visitor Centre Buildings, Memorial Garden, Hotel,  Convention Centre, Amusement Park, Research Centres and Maritime Institute are being constructed. The Statue will be 240 metres including base and will be clad in Bronze. Compared to the Ram Statue the Statue of Unity is huge! I think now Pseudos should have no complaints ...

RF: In the Guju commumity such arrangements are common and one of the reasons why Gujus have prospered ..they raise loans from within the Community and the Community has its own Credit Rating system.. defaulters are ostracized!!

M: Was surprised to see the Global Hunger Rankings ...we have fallen 3 positions ... Shashi Tharoor tweeted a taunting tweet aimed at the Government ...

RF: I read an article on this issue and the tweet too... but from 2009 to 2017 India has made improvements ... rather than comparing with other Countries...... if we look at India in the past and now ...its obvious India's doing well... like ...2009: 43% of under 5 yr old children in India were wasted. 2016: 15.1% of under 5 yr old children in India are wasted.

M: Yup nowadays with FB posts ...Twitter tweets... and Articles ...its important to check out the Author's profile.

RF: CBI needs to pull up its socks....post the Judgement in the Talwar case people are saying CBI stands for Central Bureau of Innuendos...

M: Usually one would expect such bungling when someone powerful is involved .....don't know who is powerful here!!!

RF: Well all I can say as long as the real killer is not sentenced ...all protaganists ...dead or alive ...sit on the  guilty bench...

M: Guilty till proven innocent .... and all thanks to the botching up ...

RF: Its like ....one person says Hemraj or Krishna guilty ... the other person says ... Talwar guilty... an elder butts in and says you both are right...one of those arguing says... we both cannot be right ...the elder says this angle too is right!! Now juxtapose it any way you want..
