First time TN Govt has created separate dept for NRI Tamilians

The Stalin govt has created a separate department for non- resident Tamilians to woo the NRI-Tamilians. One Secretary has been appointed. This department  will provide Tamil language virtually to NRI Tamilians and will take up other activities related to them.
