In a Gujarati feast one member made an interesting remark, ‘You will find here all Gujarati dishes. Today in the country, Gujarati dish is a national dish”. Everybody present in the feast smilingly agreed to this comment.

CP, Kanpur takes voluntary retirement, may join BJP

As ECI announced assembly election schedule, a senior IPS officer submitted his papers. Asim Arun, first CP of Kanpur has taken voluntary retirement from IPS. A 1994 batch IPS officer Arun, son of 1963 batch IPS officer Sriram Arun, is likely to join BJP and contest in the upcoming Assembly polls in UP from Kannauj District. The IPS officer still has almost nine years of his service left.
