Dr Jagmohan Singh Raju ,Chief Resident Commissioner of Tamil Nadu House, New Delhi who resigned   from Indian Administrative Service (IAS) is now BJP Candidate from Amritsar (East). He is a former 1985 batch IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre.
