If insiders are to be believed, certain RSS, VHP and BJP leaders and some disgruntled businessmen are opposing Narendra Modi in Gujarat from behind the curtain. Is Modi aware ?

Nitish Kumar has joined ‘one way street’

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has joined a ‘one way street’ by aligning with the BJP-led NDA alliance at the Centre atleast in the manner to extend his party’s support in the hope that the alliance will retain power in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls and may be even thereafter. While nothing can be said about fate of political parties in polls, this is certain that his prospects of supporting any other party other than the BJP if it comes to power at the Centre in 2019 would weaken drastically for future Lok Sabha polls. If you opt for a ‘one way street’ , there are bleak prospects of finding your way back in India’s current political scenario where political parties are now not willing to even offer tickets to those who switch sides for contesting polls.

Congress doing Drama..

My Respected  Friend ....Retired Senior Bureaucrat Friend,  is in Delhi and we meet at a Coffee Shop in Defence Colony. Over Blueberry Muffins and Cappuccinos we get chatting.

Me: What is this drama going on in Gujarat...

Respected Friend: Yup... Alpesh Thakur comes from a Congi Family... he fought the University Elections under the NSUI Banner ...and Mehsana Panchayat Elections on a Congress ticket and he lost!!

M: And still they are doing this drama about him joining Congress .... as if he is bringing the entire OBC vote to Congress ...what about Hardik Patel..

RF: He represents a fraction of the Patel community...he met Rahul they say ....but he has still not decided whether he can make this Public..

M: On Twitter there are pics of him hiding his face while leaving the Hotel after meeting Rahul... and as he exited the room... there is a pic of someone with a black suitcase following him..

M: Maybe Rahul donated old clothes for the Poor Patel Community that is so desperate to get reservation!!

RF: Rumors abound that Rahul pleaded with Hardik to ally with Congress.... but seems Hardik wants the DCM post for his Party first!!

M: In Gujarat Rahul deciphered GST as Gabbar Singh Tax...

RF: GST...Gadhbad Saaf Tax ..the real Gabbar Singh Tax was when his Grandma raised Income Tax to phenomenal 97.75% in the 70s!!!

M: Now Priyanka will get into the act and start a dialogue with Hardik... remember she did this with Aki too... in fact they say she sent him 250 SMSs...

M: Modi goes overseas but his diet is Indian ...unlike Rahul and Gang who believe in.... when in Rome eat like the Romans do...what of Rahul to talk about Modi eating Dal when he is oversees...

RF: This Interlocuter for J&K is abs right.... the Zealots have been beaten into a corner... financially too they've been hit badly..now is the time to keep the pressure on and also talk to them...

M: Like when you slap a kid ... you hold his one hand and then give the kid corporal punishment with the other hand...

RF: Just remembered RaGa said in Gujarat... when you click a selfie you give a Chinese a job.... how funny!

M: Sir when his Think Tank tweets they give jobs to people in Kazakhstan... Russia and Indonesia ....(bought retweets)..

M: And I'm still laughing at the black suitcase following Hardik... seems old habits die hard!!!

RF: Its time Indians took a strong stand against this Suitcase politics ..

M: The minute Congress's oft used Slogan ....Garibi Hatao....comes to mind ...immediately you remember the pics of Suitcases laden with money ....

We have a good laugh...pay the tab and move out
