Ex-Congressman is now BJP CM in Tripura

Like Assam, Tripura now has a former Congress leader as the CM of Tripura. Dr Manik Saha was a Congress MLA and two years ago he resigned from the Congress and joined BJP. He was the state unit president. He is the third ex-Congressman who has been appointed CM in the NE states- Assam, Manipur, and now Tripura.
