Will Sonia Gandhi go abroad for COVID treatment?

Congress’ Interim president Sonia Gandhi is now admitted to a Delhi hospital with COVID complications. Before that, she tested COVID. In political circles it is being said that one should not be surprised if she goes abroad for treatment instead of facing ED. The ED has issued summons to her in the National Herald case. First, she was to appear on June 8 but on her request a fresh summon has been issued for June 23. Now all eyes are on her next step.

Mamata calls all opposition party meet on June 15

Mamata Banerjee, Chief Minister of West Bengal, has requested all the opposition leaders to meet at New Delhi on June 15 to decide the future course of action to take on the ruling party. Around two dozen senior leaders including Hemant Soren, Bhagwant Singh Mann, Sonia Gandhi, Lalu Prasad Yadav, D Raja, Sitaram Yechury, Akhilesh Yadav, Sharad Pawar, Jayant Chaudhary, H D Kumarswamy, H D Deve Gowda, Farooq Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti, S Sukhbir Singh Badal, Pawan Chamling, K M Kader Mohideen have been urged to attend the meet.

Will it be Rahul Gandhi versus Narendra Modi in 2024 parliamentary polls ?

Given the fact that the Congress and the rest of the opposition are unlikely to join hands to face the ruling BJP and a recent survey claiming that here has been a steep downfall in the polularity ratings of both Ms. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, is there any possibility of Lok Sabha 2024 elections being a direct contest between Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi, as the Congress party claims.
