At a political gathering, a Minister passed a cryptic comment about the present state of affairs in the Central government. He reportedly said the present government is being run by the IAS officers supported by our party. No prizes for guessing the name of the party, to the said minister belongs to.

Centre to send fact-finding teams to examine MGNREGA projects in WB

The Government of India is expected to be sending fact-finding teams to examine the projects of MGNREGA in West Bengal as a part of a strategy to counter the opposition in the house. The Central Government has already withheld MNREGA funds.
