Has Haryana CM fallen from grace?

It seems Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar, once considered the blue-eyed boy of PM Narendra Modi, has fallen from grace. This is evident from the fact that the Government of India has refused a two-year extension in the service of three IAS officers: P K Das, Devender Singh, and Rajeev Arora. All the officers are considered close to the CM.
