Nitish Kumar is going to take the oath of CM of Bihar 8th time. People compare him with Russian president Putin, who is the at top seat for the last 25 years. He keeps changing his official designation Prez - PM-Prez. But in Indian state, CM is the highest post therefore Nitish keep changing political allies so that he remains at the top. He is the CM of Bihar since November 24, 2005. Though he took the first oath as CM on March 3,2000 and resigned on March 10, 2000 due to political compulsions.
