If sources are to be believed, Union Minister for Culture, Tourism and DoNER Kishan Reddy is likely to be made election in-charge of Telangana, where state assembly polls are due next year.

Why Delhi CM not signing on files?

Delhi CM Arvind Kejariwal was reportedly not signing files which were to be sent to the Raj Bhawan. New LG V K Saxena drew his attention towards this flaw last week and told him this is a violation of a laid down procedure. According to information, LG Secretariat has returned 45 such files to the Delhi CM as they did not carry his signature. Now the question is under which rule he is sending flies without affixing his signature to the LG?
