In Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary, Iqbal Singh Bains is said to be a shield for the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Fourth time CM Chouhan is facing political opposition from inside the party and outside the party and his Chief Secretary Bains has protected him by facing stones himself. Result is-Bains has only created enemies with no friends even in the bureaucracy. The low profile Chief Secretary Bains is superannuating in November. Now all eyes on the CM to choose a man like Bains for crucial Vidhan Sabha elections next year.
