In the power gallery  there is a talk that bureaucrats in GoI are more afraid of Home Minister Amit Shah than PM Narendra Modi in the official meetings. Modi  often looks soft with bureaucrats but not Amit Shah.

Senior Congress leader and former union minister P. Chadambaram and his MP son Karti have different opinions about electoral polls. Karti and four other MPs want clarity on the issue of electoral rolls. They want the electoral rolls be  published while P C said it is not the practice of any political party to publish the roll of the electoral college
