General elections are being held in Nepal on November 20 and political watchers say that this time there will be a Coalition Government. And the King maker will be Nepal's former prime minister and CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda. In Fact  there will be a neck and neck fight.
