If he wins and if he loses?

In the Congress circles there is curiosity on the outcome of Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh elections. Reason- if the party wins credit will go to the new Congress President Mallikarjun Khadge and if the party loses he will be considered incompetent to manage the affairs.
