The prices of properties are soaring up in Mumbai. After life returned to normalcy overcoming the corona pandemic, the rates of rent and prices of properties are skyrocketing astronomically. In the next five years, Mumbai is reported to be an unaffordable destination for people to survive. Now, the people are wishing to invest in semi-metro cities.

Are Himachal's voters mature?

As per available indications, in Himachal Pradesh, the double engine govt is likely to continue. It is said that the voters were reportedly convinced that if the other party govt comes they will fight with the Centre, like Punjab, Bengal, Delhi. And this fighting will cost the state dearly. If the result also comes on these lines, it means the HP voters are more mature.
