Vote bank pattern to change in Gujarat

There is going to be a change in current scenario in Gujarat politics. The Assembly poll outcome in Gujarat would see a dramatic change in the vote bank distribution not seen for many past Assembly polls in Gujarat.

115 Seats +/- 5 Seats

My Friend who is the VP of a Automobile Company based in Gujarat is in Delhi and he drops into my Office ....over Coffee and Cup Cakes we get chatting.

Me: So what's the report from Gujarat..

Friend: BJP winning.... 115 seats +/- 5 seats..

M: Some of the surveys projected BJP was getting 130 seats...

F: Nearly two decades of anti incumbency ...then the caste Alliance that Congress has stitched up will have some impact... minimal...maybe 2-4 seats...

M: I read now Hardik is terming BJP and Congress as two sides of same coin..

F: He's grown too big for his boots...he's trying to show that this Alliance with Congress is temporary...

M: So he feels he is a future CM of Gujarat... just with a fraction of the Patidar votes..

F: Exactly.... chalo in the bargain he will make a few hundred crores....many say to ally with Congress he's taken his pound of flesh... and he must be milking the rich Patidars who are with him..RaGa was desperate to ally with him....what about HP...

M: Congress has litetally given a walkover... RaGa did not even bother about HP... and Sonia was there in HP but it was so hush-hush that HP Congis did not know about her presence.. she did not want to canvass there..then she got a tummy bug and flew back...

F: What's this hulla that RaGa is making about the Rafale Deal...

M: Its election hulla... fact is price not only went down by 16% ....the fighter jets have more goodies now... and Rafale was not interested in HAL...refused to give Gaurantees for Jets assembled by HAL ....

F: They must have got  presentations  from prospective Collaborators and agreed to Reliance Defence...in such  Collaboration negotiations its the Manufacturer who holds sway..

M: Had there  been some guppla do you think Congress would have waited for so long...the price is not hidden !!

F: But I like the way this Government responds to such allegations... total silence... in due course the truth will itself comes out...why give these people importance....give them importance abd you will be just answering their frivolous lies...

M: Let them stew in their own juice ...

F: Congress Youth Wing tweeted two Memes about Modi's Chaiwalla past ...

M: Bottom line ... a Chaiwala can become India's PM...this is what Democracy is all about... but what about a PM becoming Madam's personal Chaiwalla ....Democracy shamed ...

F:Seems in its bitterness Congress forgets that Aiyer had done this too... and the Nation gave him a fitting response..

M: I've  seen a Video Clip of Monkeys in a cage when an earthquake takes place .....they create a huge shindy

What will be the political scenario in the country after 2019 general elections ?

General elections in the country are more than a year away though, political discussions regarding the scenario in 2019 Lok Sabha polls have already started with many saying that BJP be given another chance. We invite views of our surfers on the probable scenario after next LS polls – Will it be a repeat of 2014 or will the Congress reemerge or will there be a rise of some new political force (coalition minus the BJP and the Congress).
