If sources are to be believed that China is reportedly recruiting Hindi knowing nationals of neighbouring countries, especially people from Nepal and Tibet. It is said that they are to be used for spy purposes in India.

Kejriwal govt unlikely to pay Rs 97 cr as penalty

The Kejriwal led AAP govt in Delhi is unlikely to pay Rs 97 crore as penalty and planning to approach the Court against the LG order. The LG has ordered the CS Delhi to recover the said amount from the AAP govt which they have reportedly spent on political advertisement showing them as the govt advertisement. AAP is calling the LG action a vendetta politics.
