Porwal is new S O, CP, Delhi

CP, Delhi has chosen Vikram Porwal as his new Staff Officer (SO) among the three who were said to be in the race. Powal is a DANIPS officer. Ex SO Rajiv Ranjan has gone to DCP, Airport. He was SO for three year and has completed four years in the PHQ. Third officer Kumar Gyanesh was sent to SW District as Addl DCP but he has been retained in South District till further order.
