Postings of 1986 batch IAS officers in GoI !

Uncertainty prevails over the posting of 1986 batch IAS officers to the rank of Secretary in the Government of India. If  1986 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre Guruprasad Mohapatra is not appointed as Secretary in a couple of days, it would mean that posting of officers of this batch may only start under the new Government. About a couple of 1985 batch IAS officers are also waiting in the wings for posting as Secretary in the GoI.
