POWERGRID signs MoU with RRVPNL
POWERGRID signs MoU with RRVPNL in presence of Raj K Singh Cabinet MOP&NRE, Bhajanlal Sharma CM, Rajasthan & Joshi Pralhad Union Ministry of Parliament Affairs, C&M. R. K. Tyagi, CMD POWERGRID also present during ceremony. MoU has been signed to incorporate a Joint Venture company for development of intra state transmission system in Rajasthan with an equity participation of 74% by POWERGRID & 26% by RVPNL. The proposed JV shall undertake projects worth upto ₹10,000 Cr. in a phased manner.
