Prasar Bharti decides to limit increment of Contractual Engages

In view of economic condition due to outbreak of Novel CoronaVirus disease  and subsequent lockdown in the country, Prasar Bharati Secretariat has decided to limit the increment in the remuneration of Contractual Engages while granting extension in their tenure. The annual increment is to be given only in exceptional cases depending on the relevant factors/reasons meriting an increment. All Directorates/Verticals have been asked  to send the proposal for extension of term of contractual engages accordingly.
